Gilded Fault

The work is created in lightweight eco-concrete using a unique technique developed by the artist. A textured material surface is split along a central vertical axis, revealing hidden depth and internal layers within the material. Running through the opening are 23.5-karat gold leaves, forming a luminous vein of light and energy emerging from within the mass itself, infusing the work with a sense of vitality, strength, and renewal. The sculpture explores the tension between strength and fragility, between the visible surface and what lies beneath. The dialogue between raw materiality and the delicate radiance of gold leaf creates a relationship between revelation and discovery, inner depth and outward presence. With its strong architectural presence and rich texture, the work integrates naturally into contemporary, minimalist, and luxury interiors.
