Anselm Kiefer Rests

The sunflowers painted by the painter Anselm Kiefer were gloomy and melancholic. A little yellow appears in the tops of the leaves, and delicate touches of gold. I painted Kiefer lying on his back, his hands placed under his head, and he looks up and dreams. Above him are calm, soft, and full of light sunflowers. And he lies in silence.
