When we arrived in the stunning city of Kochi in South India, we stumbled upon a proper playground—a very rare find in India. We ended up staying there for a long time with our little one, who had a blast. After about two hours, just as we were about to leave, I happened to look up at the sky and discovered the phenomenon known as 'Crown Shyness' for the first time. The reason why tree branches avoid touching each other hasn't been fully researched yet, but it is known to be a sign of a healthy forest; it allows light to reach the forest floor for other plants and animals, and prevents the trees from spreading diseases to one another
